Happy Music

An evaluating agency carried out a survey on 106 Hope Primary Schools nationwide, and found that nearly eighty percent of the schools did not have a full-time music teacher; 79.2% did not have a music classroom; none of them had music equipments up to standard. The findings also showed that 93.8% of the students liked music lessons; only 54.6% were able to recognize and sing musical notation "Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti"; music education in rural primary schools was still about teaching students to sing songs.

Project Hope Happy Music will equip a needy rural school with a variety of musical instruments and drum corps uniform, train the music teachers, and carry out musical activities on campus.
